Questions

What people ask first

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, Tuesday to Sunday. Give a name and a phone number at the counter and we seat you at the next open table. The line closes 30 minutes before we do.

How do I book?

Choose a service and a technician on our booking page, or call us. Booked clients keep their time.

How long does a set take?

A new set takes about 90 minutes, and a fill about an hour. We tell you before we start, and art can add to it.

What is the difference between gel, dip, soft-gel and acrylic?

Gel polish is color cured under a lamp. Dip is colored powder over your nail. Soft-gel extensions are tips built from gel, and acrylic is shaped over a tip or a form. We will help you choose for the way you use your hands.

Do I need to book removal?

If your nails were done elsewhere, yes: book removal first, so nothing is pulled off. Please do not peel gel or acrylic yourself.

Can I bring a picture?

Please do. Show it at the counter or send it when you book, and your technician will tell you how long the design takes.

What if a nail lifts?

Tell us within a week and we will look at it with you.

How do you clean your tools?

We clean and disinfect metal tools between clients, and each client gets a new file and buffer.

Can I bring a friend or a child?

Yes. One guest may sit with you, and children are welcome with an adult beside them. Kids' manicures are for ages 4 to 12.

How does pricing work?

Prices depend on the service, your length and shape, and any art, and they show when you book or at the counter. The details are on our pricing page.

How does tipping work?

Tips are welcome and never expected. Leave one at the counter or when you book, and say who it is for.

Still wondering?

Call us, or write and we will answer the way you like.
