How pricing works
Prices show when you book online or at the counter. These are the things that set them.
Nail length and shape, the product you choose, how much art you want, and whether we are taking off someone else's work first.
Natural nails or an extension set
Gel, dip, acrylic or soft-gel
Art on two nails or all ten
Removal of work done elsewhere
How levels set the price
Everyone at the tables does the full menu. Nail art and soft-gel sets are done by the technicians who take them on, and the booking page says who they are and how long a design takes.
Add-ons and changes on the day
A French tip, accent art, a repair or a hand massage can be added at the table. We tell you the time and what it adds before we start, and nothing is added without your yes.
Deposits
We take no deposit to walk in or to book a regular service. For a group booking we may ask to hold the time, and we say so when you book; it goes toward your service.
Canceling or running late
Please tell us at least two hours before your time if you cannot come. Up to ten minutes late is fine; after that we may shorten your service or move you to the next opening.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. Leave one at the counter or when you book, and say who it is for.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card can be any amount. Buy one online or at the counter. It works for any service on the menu and is not a package.
A gift card, for any amount
Buy one online or at the counter, for a birthday, a new baby or a thank-you.
